The Overcome of Intraoperative Complication in the Sinus Bone Graft : In the Case of Schneiderian Membrane Large Perforation
Kim Seong-Soo

Abstract
The complications of sinus bone graft surgery are classified as intraoperative, early postoperative, and delayed postoperative complication. The examples of intraoperative complication are bleeding, sinus membrane perforation. In the case of sinus perforation, many afflictions are anticipated because perforated Schneiderian membrane are not contained bone grafts, and scattered bone graft materials will incur acute or chronic sinusitis. When the perforated Schneiderian membrane is observed, sinus graft is suspended usually. Then a few months later, sinus re-entry is done. But in the case, simultaneous bone graft and implant installation were done. Many efforts are requested as the solutions of sinus membrane perforation, and the use of resorbable membrane is the useful option. This case report is concerned about the overcome of poor circumstances£¬as poor residual bone quality and quantity (under 3mm in length),sinus membrane perforation, so getting of the good result in spite of simultaneous implantation with bone graft, then I report the case with literature review.
